The mihrabiye is illuminated, the first two page rulers are gilded, and the beginnings of the words and the other tables are in red ink. It has a light brown leather back and edges, a pasted shelving binding, and the handle has fallen off. The work consists of an introduction, ten chapters and an epilogue. There is an index written later at the beginning. It is a translation of Shahrastani's work called el-Milelu ve'n-nihal.
