Chaharkusha worn black leather, khaki paper covered cardboard binding. There is an index between 7a-9a and a Turkish medicine description in 9b. There are notes, explanations and various quotes in the margins of many pages. The work is a commentary on the book Canı al-arbaın fi fada il al-Kur'an al mubin by Sultan al Kari al-Herevi, who died in 1014/1605. There is a purple foundation seal inside the work.
