Şeyhzâde's annotation is one of the most voluminous of Envâru't-Tenzîl. The copy contains the part from Surah Mucadele to the end of the Holy Quran. There is an index at the beginning of the copy. At the beginning of the copy, on page IIa, the name of the work and the author are written as 'Hâşiye-i Tefsîr-i Kâdı Beyzâvî li-Şeyhzâde'. There is an index on page 1a. There are correction records, explanations, and matlabs on the margins of the pages. The expression Qavluhu, surah names, and matlabs are written in red ink. Some of the annotated expressions are marked with a red upper line. There are moisture stains on the foils. The ends of the foils are reddated below the line. There are quotes from Sadrüşşerîa's work called et-Tavzîh fî Halli Gavâmizi't-Tenkîh on pages Ia and Ib at the beginning of the copy, and from Kadı Beyzâvî's annotation in IIb. There are quotations from various works in the additional leaves at the end of the copy. It is Şeyhzâde's annotation of Beyzâvî's commentary titled Envâru't-Tenzîl ve Esrâru't-Te'vîl. The author first wrote his work as a summary and then expanded it.

In the name of God... His statement about her husband, i.e. regarding his affair, from his showing off to her by saying to her, “You are like my mother’s back” and then he regretted what he had done before based on the fact that showing off and giving away was part of the pre-Islamic divorce... (255b)
What is required in the previous Surah is the safety of the body from the aforementioned afflictions, and in this Surah the safety of the religion from the whisperings of Satan, even if it is a matter, it is the greatest desire and most important requirement, and the safety of the body from these afflictions, even if they are multiple matters, is not that equivalent in concern and requirement. O God, make our hearts firm on your religion, and we ask you for forgiveness, well-being, and permanent well-being in religion, this world, and the hereafter, by your grace and mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful. Amen, O best of those responsible. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon his creation, Muhammad. And all his family and companions
