(1a) As for Baaj, the poor one said to God, the Giver, Muhammad ibn Salih, the writer who resides in the house of jihad, the best of countries... (1b) When I achieved this correct transmission and clear statement, I filtered out from the shells of its expressions what is in it... and I pointed out in what I described the places of the Goliaths and pointed out the locations of the calamities... and I arranged it in the order of the ranks of the prefaces of the messages (2a) and I called it the end because it is the end of what is desired... Know that this knowledge is knowledge. The Divine, the Righteous, the Sublime, the Lord, is a science that defines the Divine Essence in divorce and from where the greatest attributes and beautiful names are added to it... (133a) The conclusion of the book: I know that I have not arrived except by the grace of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, through the means of His Noble Messenger, as he said to me in a dream, “I will study for you after this twice, as I mentioned in this world.” When I finished the book, I praised him in service of his Sunnah guidance...
