Sample Text	(1b) Praise be to God as He is truly praised, and prayers be upon the best of His creation, Muhammad and his good and pure family. The distinguished Sheikh Imam, Mr. Hussam Al-Din, said... Abu Hafs Omar bin Al-Sheikh Al-Imam, Burhan Al-Aimah, Abdul Aziz bin Omar bin Abdul Aziz, may God enlighten his bed. And after that, some of my companions asked me to mention each question from the book of judicial etiquette compiled by the judge, Imam Abu Bakr Ahmed bin Omar Al-Khasaf... so I answered them with that, seeking the help of God Almighty, and enumerated its chapters. (170b) An example of this woman is if she was under a husband and she said, “You married my sister before me, and she is under sexual intercourse with you, and my marriage is not valid,” and the husband said, “I separated from her years ago.” The statement was the husband’s statement, because this woman’s marriage is apparently valid, so she is claiming something that invalidates this marriage, so it is not true. He said, if the husband acknowledges the divorce, the child is acknowledged with her, because whoever has the right has declared that his right has been invalidated, so the marriage has been revoked in their right by their friendship, so the right of custody is hers rather than the father’s. God Almighty knows what is right.
