Sample Text	(31b) In the name of God... Praise be to His Guardian and blessings be upon His Prophet... He said in Al-Hidayah, and the judge does not have the right to appoint a successor to perform the judiciary unless he delegates it to him, unlike the one commanded to perform the Friday prayer, where he appoints a successor. I say, it is permissible for him to appoint someone else in his place to perform the Friday prayer... (33b) And to establish the prayer, it was said that the time has passed, and from here it becomes clear that what is meant by appointing a successor to perform the Friday prayer is to appoint a successor to perform the sermon, not to appoint a successor to perform the prayer as he imagined. The above mentioned message was completed to explain the establishment of the Friday prayer attributed to the distinguished man known as Ibn Kamal al-Wazir... in the early days of Safar.
