Notes	The work starts with the hadith narrated by Ibn Kemal, quoted from Abu'l-Leys es-Samarkandî, stating that our Prophet had "Bismillah" written at the beginning of some surahs, "Bismikâllâhumme" in some others, and "Bismillahirrahmânirrahîm" in some of them, and therefore this is not a part at the beginning of every sura, and the Arabic language is used first. It is a treatise in which he analyzes the issue from its perspective and then gives a short commentary.
Sample Text	(4a) In the name of God... The jurist Abu Al-Layth Nasr bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Samarqandi said, Al-Khalil bin Ahmed told us... on the authority of Amer, who said: The Messenger of God, may God Almighty’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to write in your name, O God, so when Surah Hu and In the Name of God, its course and anchor, was revealed, he wrote in the name of God... (5b) ... The Most Merciful is general in meaning and specific in pronunciation, as it is not used in reference to anyone other than God Almighty unless we confuse us with the words “Rahman,” “Al-Yamamah” and “Al-Rahim.” On the contrary, the message was completed by Mawla Ibn Kamal.
