(222b) In the name of God... Praise be to God... Know, and may God Almighty grant you jurisprudence. The issues of the Hanafi scholars, may God have mercy on them, are about a third of the episodes. The first is the issues of fundamentals, and they are called the apparent meaning of the narration, and they are issues narrated from the followers of the schools of thought. (223b) He said, “Qadikhan was mentioned in Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir, which is intended to be explained, and likewise in other things, so know that, and God knows best what is correct, and to Him is the reference and the source.”
