(1b) In the name of God... the book of marriage. It is closer to acts of worship, to the point that engaging in it is better than abandoning it for the sake of pure worship, as we will explain, God willing. The first matter is understood in language. It was said... (358a)... The Book of Punishments, when the oaths included an explanation of expiation and they circled between punishment and worship... until they overlapped, as is known, other than the expiation of oaths in which the aspect of worship was dominant, but the order was... prayer, then faith, then fasting, then punishments.
