It is from Kitâbu'z-Zekât to Kitâbu'l-Eymân. The name of the work is mistakenly mentioned as "el-Nihâye" in Keşf. The fourth chapter ends at 236a. The date of copying of this chapter is recorded as Şevval 959. There are correction records on the margins of the pages. The foils are reddated underline. The phrases بلغ are found throughout the copy. Book, chapter and chapter titles and nicknames are written in red ink.59. The text changes on each leaf. Between the 31st and 32th leaves, there is a shukka containing the text of a different work. It is the commentary of "el-Hidâye", which is the commentary of Burhâneddin el-Merginânî's work titled "Bidâyetü'l-Mübtedî" on Hanafi jurisprudence, also written by him.

(1b) In the name of God... O God, make it easy, O Most Generous and Honest... The Book of Zakat, Sh. This is a book in explaining the rulings of zakat and its connection with prayer, forgetting and following what God Almighty mentioned in a verse of the Qur’an in the Almighty’s saying, “And establish prayer and pay zakat.” Likewise in the Sunnah, Islam was built on five testimonies that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, and establishing prayer and paying zakat... (450a) And if a slave girl was born from him and he told her master, “her origin.” I am mine and the child is my son, and his master told him the truth about the subrogation, and his lie about the child is proven, and she became the mother of his child, and if he told the truth about the child, his lineage is proven, and he is a slave to his master, and God knows best.
