Notes
It is the translation, with modifications and additions, of Stanley Lane Poolle's copyrighted work on the dynasties of the Islamic states.
In the additional pages at the beginning of the book, there are my translator "İfade-i Meram" (p. V), "Preface" (pp. VI-X), "Bibliography" (pp. XI-XV) and "Hata-Sevab Table" (pp. XVI-XVII).
At the end of the work, there are Fihrist-i Eşhas (517-612 pp.), Fihrist-i bilad (613-29 pp.) and Fihrist-i mündericat (631-640 pp.).
