1-110 of the work. Its pages contain the author's/translator's "Muqaddimah" and his opinions about Omar Khayyam and his poems. The following pages contain the text and translations of Ömer Khayyam's "Rubaiyyat".
The additional 7 pages at the end of the book contain the "Elifbaî Index of the Ruba'is", and the other additional page contains corrections.
In the first of the plans in the work, there are descriptions of "Omar Khayyam's tomb", and in the others there are descriptions of couplets.
