It is a verse translation of the couplets in Fahreddin-i Irakî's work called "Lemaat".
At the end, on leaf 35b, there is an image of the seal of Cabi Edirneli Gülşeni, dated 1200 H., with Mehmed written in the middle. On leaf 36a, there is a record that the copyist is "Previous Accounting Office of Dersaadet Tahrir and Tax Collection Administration".
