It was approved by the Military Council of Education and included in the collection of science and military sciences, and after its important content was published with the weekly Information, it was also published in book form with the permission of the Ministry of Education.
The additional pages at the beginning of the book are numbered with abjad and contain an explanation of the collection to the "Ashab-ı Mütalaa", the "Fihrist" of the work and a list of the author's published works.
Kuyudat: On the inner cover of the copy, there is a record of the author's donation to the donor ((My benefactor, Father-i Eaz ve Akdes ... Enva-ı İkbal ve ... Abidane-i Abidane ... fi 1 September, year 314 servants Ahmed Muhtar).
