With the permission, license and privilege of the Ministry of Education, and with the help of Mustafa and İbrahim Efendi, one of the imams of Asakir-i Şahane, this "Risale-i İrşadi" was published and presented for the first time in the Stone Destgah of Calligrapher Tevfik Efendi in Sheikh Ebulvefa Inn, in the year one thousand two hundred and ninety-one.
