Research on the social and legal nature of property.
On the first additional page at the beginning of the book, there is "Takriz" and on another additional page there is the author's introduction.
This work was defended as a doctoral thesis in the presence of a special committee formed at the Law Madrasa and was deemed worthy and the title of "Doctor of Law" was given to its author. It is a mosque with one medhal, two chapters and one appendix, and includes the description of the professor Ebü'l-Ula Beyefendi, who is a member of the committee.
At the end of the book, there is the work's "Index" (pp. 283-86) and "List of Errors and Good Deeds" (pp. 287-88).
