It was corrected, stimulated and edited by Abdüssamed Fahri Efendi, one of the teachers of Erzurum Mekteb-i İdadî-i Mülkî-i Şahanesi, by applying it to the original copy.
It was issued with the license numbered 290 of the Ministry of Education, dated 4 Muharram year 1322 and 8 March year 1320.
Binding features: The front cover is embroidered and decorated with the Ottoman coat of arms, the back cover is decorated with a crescent and star.
