It was organized by the Ministry of Justice, Directorate of Ihsaiyat and Müdevvenat-ı Kanuniniye.
The additional pages at the beginning of the book are numbered with Arabic letters and have a "Fihrist-i Tarih".
At the end of the work there is "Fihrist-i Hecaî" (1413-62 pp.).
On the additional pages at the end of the book, there is the "Hata-Sevab Table" belonging to the five volumes of the work.
The copy does not have an outer cover.
