It was issued with the license of the Ministry of Education.
Inside, there are forty intrusive pingographs and other paintings, depicting the various and special arrangements of the ancient military discipline of our time and its effects through its use in the war, and some of the dedicated Ottoman military disciplines.
On the additional pages at the beginning of the book, there is a list of "Kutub, rasail, etc. referenced in the compilation of this book." Additionally, there is the "Hata-Sevab Table", Ahmed Muhtar Bey's other printed works and the "Index of Pictures".
Binding features: The front cover has the Ottoman coat of arms and decoration, the back cover has the crescent and star decoration. Kuyudat: On the inner cover, there is a kuyudat (Presented to my blessed master Sadeddin Pasha from Efadil and Mütehayyiran-ı rentikan, as a mark of sincerity, Teşrin-i Sani 1316-Ahmed Muhtar, one of the Erkân-ı Harbiyye Mirlivas).
