It has been arranged and represented under the supervision of His Excellency the Minister of Public Works, İbrahim Edhem Pasha, who is the head of the special commission for the shipment of goods for the said exhibition, to be prepared for the Vienna Exhibition of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, by the Majesty of the Most High, the Sultan.
The paintings were painted by Montani and Boghos Effendi and Monsieur Mayor.
Documents related to technical architecture were given by Umuntani Efendi and the French version was written by Monsieur Launay, and the rights and printing of the pictures were carried out by Monsieur Sebah.
