Notes
The work, which is considered to be contradictory in the eyes of the prominent scholars of the Fukeha, is translated and interpreted from a reliable source, which is the original of the work, and the layers of the work of fiqh, the narrations of food, and the evidence related to the testimonies that the fukeha do not see a legal case in case of disagreements between the sources. Its meaning is, like the form of tawatur, it additionally contains the effects and metals of the shariah. Therefore, it is a work that will be of benefit to the judges and regents, as well as to the lawyers and experts of the cause, and to all the civil servants of the judiciary and the sharia.
It has been approved and confirmed by the Bâb-ı Fetvapenah and with the permission of the Ministry of Education.
The author's name of the work is taken from Özege.
