Notes Fuad, as the solemn organizer of the public administration in defense of the legal sultanate, against a European proposal to acknowledge the great sacrifices made in terms of life and property in the conquest of Cred, and to appeal to the population during the 1284 revolution to find out whether the Cretans wanted autonomy or annexation. The explanation of the chronicle written by the deceased Pasha to the senior sultanate and some historical information are included in an extensive article, together with other important accounts of the aforementioned revolution and the revolution, transferred from the "Red Book".
