The work was identified from the commentary named "Tafsilü'l-beyan", which was examined and reviewed by a special commission in 1323, consisting of the late Lecturer Halis Efendi, Deputy of the Lesson, Hacı Zihni Efendi, a member of the Council of Education, Aydoslu Tevfik Efendi, a member of the Board of Directors of Public Affairs, and Faiz Efendi, a member of the Council of Education.
There are explanations about the publication of the work on the pages at the beginning of the book.
