It is the complete translation of the third tab of the work, with the addition of some annotations.
It was initiated by the Royal Academy of Belgium. He was rewarded with the rank of moral scholar and politician.
It was granted with a "Sös Kripon" from the French Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
At the end of the work (pp. 602-603) there is a "Müntehab Bibliography", and on additional pages there is an "Index" and "Hata-Sevab Table".
In addition to the text, there is a portrait of the author in the additional plan.
Seal: There is the seal of the library (Republic of Turkey Istanbul Şehremaneti Library, 1340/1342) on the inner cover and at the end of the copy.
