It was issued with the license numbered 547 of the Ministry of Education dated 29 Rajab 1317 and 20 Teşrin-i Sani 1315.
On the additional page at the end of the book, there is a "Correction on Some of the First 25 Forms of Munderic Istılahat-ı Bahriye" of the work.
The work was printed in three columns.
On the last page of the book, it is stated that the writing of the work started on 15 Teşrin-i Evvel 1315/22 Cumadelahir 1317 [27 October 1899], and the printing of the second volume was completed on 7 Teşrin-i Sani 1317/9 Şaban 1319 [20 November 1901].
