It was in accordance with the program of the first year of Mekteb-i Harbiye-i Şahane and was published in the mentioned school printing house with the decision and approval of the Military Education Council.
The first tab was translated and sent to the printing house, with the decision and approval of the Military Education Council, to be taught to the first year students of the Imperial Military Academy of Infantry and Cavalry.
