There is an "Index" of the work on the additional pages at the beginning of the book.
For the first time, the laws and regulations, which were previously prepared in the Council of Judicial Affairs and whose provisions were valid in the magazine that was put into effect in the year 1267, and which were regulated by the decisions of the Supreme Council of Tanzimat and Department of Law and Regulations. In the year 1279, on the eve of Şaban, a stanza with the name of the motto was compiled and published. With the addition of the rules and regulations drawn up after the aforementioned date, this principle was implemented and represented for the first time.
The copy does not have an outer cover.
