It is a treatise on the interpretation of Âyete'l-Kürsî. The author's name is mentioned in the preface. The name Risale is also mentioned in the same section. At the end of the treatise, in 14a, there is a comment regarding the interpretation of the beginning of Surah al-Fatiha. There is an index on page Ib. There is a note on page 2a. Zahriye has the signature of Esad Efendi. It is the first treatise.
