(24a) May God be pleased with him, he said in a long story that they made forty dirhams from each head, if he wished. Whoever disagreed with him said, “It is not necessary to make money.” So he abandoned the news and took the analogy. Among them was a man who shaved his beard or his eyebrow, and it did not grow again. Abu Hanifa said.... (35a)... If the Imam also saw the benefit of killing the sodomite with water or fire or with permanent imprisonment, then he has that. What Abu Hanifa made obligatory upon him was greater than that. His opponent made it obligatory, and with it, the book Al-Ibanah was completed, and God knows best. It was completed, with God’s help, the book “Majmu’ Al-Ibanah” was written by the Sheikh, Imam, the scholar, the scholar, Sadr Al-Din Al-Muwaffaq, Ibn Muhammad bin Al-Khasi, may God be pleased with him.
