Notes There is no asset number 00076 in the collection. The first and second treatises of the copy, which consists of two treatises, seem to have been brought together later. Additionally, they were both initially given different asset numbers; 00076 for the first treatise and 00077 for the second. The end of the copy is missing. It goes up to 82a from the other copy located between 74b-90a in the Carullah Collection 00283. The end of the foil is rejected. The text is written in black, the headings are written in red ink, and the beginnings of the words are indicated with a red overline. There are correction records, matlab and talikat in the margins of the pages. There is also a talikat on the last written page of the text (10b). There are intense traces of moisture on the first ten leaves. It is a treatise written by the author to show that donating money is not permissible.
Sample Text (1b) In the name of God... Praise be to God, who sent down to His servant the Book to bring people out of darkness into light... And then this is a message intended to nullify what has spread in the land... of adopting the Great Qur’an... They buy God’s verses for a small price, exchanging what is lower for what is better... So we seek refuge in God and then we seek refuge in Him from afflicting us and you with it and others like it with Him, the Almighty... And this purpose and care is achieved with an introduction, purpose, and conclusion. As for the introduction, it is on what the purpose depends on. [What is intended] It contains four articles. The first article is about intention... (10b) As for reciting to God Almighty, it is obedience, and so is giving to Him
