Know that the three foundations of Sharia law are the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the consensus of the nation, and the fourth principle is analogy (258b) but they bear a license, such as implementing the word disbelief, and its prohibition is subject to being dropped, but it is not dropped with the excuse of coercion, and it also bears a license, such as taking the property of others, and for this reason, if he is patient in these two parts until he is killed, he is a martyr.
