Notes	Between 27a and 28a, there is the history stanza that Pertev Pasha wrote jointly with Ziver Efendi for the kasr-ı hümayun located in Kasımpaşa Mevlevi Lodge. In the title on page 1b, it is written "Dîvân-ı Sultanu'ş-şu'arâ ve Sertâc-ı Beleğa Hazret-i Pertev Paşa" regarding the author and the name of the work.1a and On pages 58b, there is a stamp belonging to the Suleymaniye Library with the collection name and inventory number. There are callers at the ends of the leaves. The pages and columns in the copy have gilded rulers throughout. The leaves are numbered in pencil according to Arabic numerals. The work is divided into 3 parts: odes, histories and ghazals, starting from 1b, 11b and 35b. The heading in 11b has been deleted. The title in 1b is in rococo style, while 11b and 35b are simply illuminated. The titles of the poems are written in red ink. There are light worm scars between 34a-41b. The work was written by Sultan II. It is the council composed of Pertev Pasha, one of the most important statesmen of the Mahmud period. The work is divided into 3 parts: pages 1b, 11b and 35b, the beginning, odes, dates and ghazals.
