Notes At the beginning of the magazine, the author stated that he brought together sixty treatises in the magazine by the order of his teacher, and named the magazine "et-Tahkîkâtü'l-Kudsiyye ve'n-Nefehâtü'r-Rahmâniyyeti'l-Hasaniyye fî Mezhebi's-Sâddeti'l-Hanefiyye" and wrote the magazine on fiqh. He mentioned the names of these sixty treatises, arranging them according to their chapters. In the magazine, which includes fiqh issues, the author examined the issue by taking into consideration the previously written Hanafi fiqh works and the opinions of scholars from the Hanafi scholars. Just as there are the copyright dates of the treatises in the magazine, there are also the copying dates of the copy from which this copy was copied. The copyist and copying date of this treatise were based on the disclaimer record at the end of the magazine. Although the names of the works are listed by the author at the beginning of the magazine, there is an index on page Ib. In the magazine, treatises, sayings, chapter titles and some words are written in red ink. The author wrote this treatise upon the erroneous fatwa of a Hanafi jurist who gave a fatwa about the compensation of a dead man whose murderer is unknown in a detainee house.
Sample Text (332a) In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and He is my suffice. Praise be to God, who has bestowed His blessings and repelled His vengeance... After this, this is a simple overview to remove suspicion about a famous issue of division, and I called it the accepted text for rejecting a crippled fatwa, the blood money of the murdered (334a). After this statement and detail, how is it justified to give the answer that that respondent wrote down? Then the respondent said after him on his own initiative, and since the murdered person had no heir, his ransom is for the public treasury, so he gave the general take on its apparent meaning, for he has wronged himself and caused others to fall into it. There is no power nor strength except in God, the Most High, the Great. This article has been completed according to the narrowness of the situation... and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
