Notes	The copyist stated that he abrogated this treatise at the previous date he mentioned. At the end, there are Turkish fatwas of various people in 19 pages. The author and the name of the work are included in the waiver record. The author's name is also mentioned in the preface. The treatise mentioned by Kâtib Çelebi in Keşfü'z-Zunûn 2/1141 may be this treatise or similar to it. Its edges are partially hemmed. There are a number of suggestions consisting of fatwas in the extract of the treatise.
Sample Text	(91a) In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Our scholar Sheikh, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said, “But after that, he said, ‘He is poor, the mercy of his Lord is rich.’” Sam Al-Hanafi said, “I was asked about a man who made a waqf for himself during the days of his life, and then after him, on the side of a relative, he appointed a bank for it, and then he said, ‘And what is left over after that should be spent on my five children among them...’ (96b) When we were asked about him, regarding what he did not have a child who died before the waqf, and God Almighty knows best, the related message was completed. With the endowment on the children attributed to the late Qasim Ahnafi, may God have mercy on him, King Al-Ghani, I edited it on the aforementioned date.
