Notes	This volume covers the verse "ve li'llahi'l-meşrik ve'l-maghrib" from the Fatiha surah. The phrases قوله are written in red ink. According to Kâtip Çelebi, this commentary of Şeyhzâde is the most voluminous and clearest of the annotations written on Envâru't-Tenzîl.
Sample Text	(1b) In the name of God... said the All-Knowing, the All-Knowing, the Verified, the Understanding, the Qutb Al-Arifin, and the Guardian of the Lord of the Worlds, our late Mawlana Sheikh Zada. May God grant him paradise and give him the pleasure of looking at his generous face. Sheikh Imam Alam Al-Huda Alamat Al-Wari said, “I mean Nasser Al-Haqq wal-Din, known as Al-Qadi Al-Baydawi” (463a). The religion of God is called the straight path because it leads to Paradise, just as the straight path leads to what is desired... Oh God, guide us to your straight path and grant us victory and eternity in your paradise, the abode of bliss, and keep us away from error and error, and grant us success in following the Master of the Prophets, Muhammad, in word and deed, and let us conclude this first volume of the footnote of our late Mawlana Sheikh Zadeh on the interpretation of Imam Judge Nasir al-Haqq and al-Din al-Baydawi al-Shafi’i. He concluded by saying, “Say, ‘To God belongs the East and the West.’ He guides whom He wills to a straight path.” The second volume will follow it, God Almighty willing, from the beginning of His Almighty’s saying: Thus have We made you a moderate nation
