On f. 1v an ijāza, dated 763/1362, by Muhammad b. Khwārazmī.The main text (ff. 4v-187v) contains the Abū al-Rajā' Mukhtār b. Mahmūd al-Zāhidī commentary on the law treatise Munyat al-fuqahā' by his master Fakhr al-Din Badi' b. Abī Manṣūr al-'Arabī.
