| Notes | Titles and annotated text are written in red ink. There are corrections and notes in the margins. The foils are gilded with double rulers. In the preface, the author states that he condensed this commentary after a long commentary on Zamakhshari's work. It is stated in Veliyyüddin Efendi n.2613 that the work was written in 983 for the accession of Murat III. In this copy in the Halis Efendi Library, the date of copying is stated as h.941. We think that the author wrote this work before 941 AD, but re-wrote it around 983 AD for the accession of Murat III. |
