Notes	The name of the book is mentioned in the Zahriye as "Kitabu Arasis ila Fıraki't-tıb li-Calinus". Additionally, this work was translated into Arabic by Huneyn b. Translated by Ishak, Ibn Abi'l-Eshas Ebu Cafer Ahmed b. It is stated that Muhammad (d. around 365/975) divided it into chapters. Then there is a 1-page index of the work. As understood from the waiver record, the copy is a copied copy. There are corrections, annotations, subject headings and "recitation records" in the margin of the copy. Titles are written in red ink. In Zahriye, Bali b. Hacı Seydi's 92? There is a foundation record dated . In 2a there is the foundation seal of Damadzade Feyzullah Efendi (d. 1175/1761), which reads "وقف داماد زاده فيض الله أفندي سنة 1174".
