Since this book of military procedures is a useful work for the military police, it has gained the attention and appreciation of the Military Council and the Mekteb-i Fünûn-i Mekteb-i Fünûn-i, as it will be useful for the police to expand their information about the accounting matters they see in the Imperial Internal Affairs Law. The teachings of the students of the Magnificent Military Academy have been permitted. It was issued with the license of the Ministry of Education. The work is in two parts.
