The manuscript, zahriye and 2 title pages are illuminated, the words are red, the rulers are gilded and colored. It has a gilded cherry leather binding with miklep, şemse, corner and bordered reliefs and coatings, and the inside of the covers are decorated with engravings.
It is a prose work written in Persian, containing the stories from Adam to the caliphate of Osman. According to Rieu, the author was a nobleman at the end of the V (XI) century.
