The author of this work, which describes the Mora and Cred conquests of Grand Vizier Ali Pasha, who was martyred in 1127 (1715) during the expedition on Nemse, in verse and prose, is Mehmed Faris Pasha b. He is a person named İsma'il Pasha and is from Edirne. The work contains poetic dates for the conquest of many locations and castles. See S.O.III, 528. |
