Musliheddin Mustafa b., who used the pseudonym Sururi. Şa'ban is the son of a rich merchant from Gallipoli. He became a teacher and was assigned to the education and training of Prince Mustafa, the son of Suleiman the Magnificent. Meanwhile, he ordered the prince to translate an Arabic book that had been given to him as a gift, which was probably Qazvini's work on cosmography, etc., called Aca'ib el-mahlukat. While Sururi translated this work by shortening some parts and elaborating some parts, he left it unfinished after the murder of his student, the prince, and went into seclusion in 960 (1552-1553) and died in 969 (1561-1562). The work is in the Riau catalogue. p. 108 and 109 are also analyzed and described; O.M., M., II, 225.
