It is the work of Ali Hayri from Kızılhisar, who was born in 1089 (1678-79). This treatise, which he wrote when Kızılhisar suffered a plague epidemic in the same year, was requested by some of his friends to write a work about the disease, contains a number of religious sayings and rumors rather than being medical. |
