| Notes | Headlines in red. Brown leather and marbling skin. The author of this masnavi style poem is Ali Mehmed Çelebidi, famously known as Kara Fazli. Tahir from Bursa says that he wrote this poem in imitation of Kirmani's Ravzat en-nar and Hucendi's Bedi el-Eşmar. This poem was translated into German by Hammar and published together with the original in Vienna in 1833. The poet died in Kütahya in 971 (1564). |
