It is the work of Resmolu Ahmed Resim (d. 1193/1779) about the translation of the state of affairs of reisülküttab, that is, foreign ministers, until 1167 (1753). The ones from this date until 1219 (1804-1805) were written by Süleyman Fa'ik Efendi and published in Istanbul in 1269 (1852-1853).
