It is the foundation charter of Nişancı Hamza Pasha (d.1014/1605) and was compiled in 1010 (1601) by Recebi eva'el. It is about the allocation of the rent of the real estate in the Emin Sinan neighborhood in Istanbul to the poor of Medina after his death. See S.O.II. 252. |
