The author of this commentary is Ibn Jarir al-Tabari, Ebû Ca'fer Muhammed b. Jarir b. Yazîd et-Taberî el-Bağdâdî, 310/923. It is the most important of the commentaries because it contains the most old narrations. At the beginning of the work there is Taberi's translation of the state. The interpretation is complete.
