Serlevha illuminated, two zahriye plates, headers in blue and red, rulers and lines between the lines are gilded. It contains 95 miniatures in the Ottoman style, most of which are the size of an entire page. Cherry rotten leather binding with miklep, embossed and gilded sunburst, corner border and halkari decorations. This work was written by Rumelian kadiasker Abu'l Fazl Mahmud b. It bears the title of Mehmed.
This shahname, which covers the second part of the reign of Sultan Murad III (982/1574-1003/1595), was written by Sayyid Lokman b., who was appointed as the compiler of the shahname after Ala 'ad-Din Manşur Şirazi. It was completed in verse 1001 (1592) in the masnavi style by Sayyid Husayn al-Urmavi. The first part of this work, written in Persian by Ala'ad-Din Manşur Şirazi, is in Istanbul. It is described and described on the 3rd page of the work titled Les manuscrits orientax illustres ne la Bibliotheque de I'Universite d'Universite d'Istanbul, which is in the University Library. This second volume covers the events that took place from 990/1582 to 996/1588. III. It depicts the 57-day circumcision ceremony of Murad's son, prince Mehmed, which is considered the most magnificent in Ottoman history.
