| Notes | The museum has 2 title pages, 4 layouts and 15 miniatures. The beginnings of the words are illuminated, some pages are in calligraphy, and the rulers are gilded and colored. There is a record in Y.1a that this book was received as a gift from the Iranian Shah Abbas I in 990 (1582). It has miklepli plastering, gilding and embossed sunbursts and borders, and its ground is gilded and embossed. |
