The work called Siyer-i Afifi, which is the Persian translation of the commentary written in Arabic by Mas'ud Kazeruni (d.758/1357), was translated into Turkish by an anonymous student of Karaçalabi-zade Mehmed Efenidi during the time of Murad IV (1032/1623-1049/1640).
